Photo Studio Rental in Las Vegas - 20'x45' unobstructed shooting area

Located at 3650 South Jones Blvd Unit#1, 3.3 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip. Our 1100 Sq. ft of available space is air conditioned and heated and includes, a 900 square foot 20'×45' work/shooting area (55 ft unobstructed from south east corner shooting west)and has a 10 ft. ceiling, with available light possibilities, bathroom, changing room , make-up station, front and back door parking. Studio rental includes 9 ft wide background stands, sandbags, camera cart, frig, coffee maker, sound system, 8ft. step ladder, conference table, folding utility tables, folding chairs, small product light table, stools, bar stools, etc. Restaurants nearby.

There is no garage door entry (std. 36" doorway entries) and the studio is not soundproofed.

We offer lighting equipment rental of up to 9 Alien Bee B800s and 1 B1600, AB RingFlash Soft Boxes, Umbrellas, Grids, stands, booms etc.

STUDIO POLICIES, RESERVATION & CANCELLATIONS
A 50% deposit paid by credit card is required to reserve a rental date. Sorry No Checks.
Prior to the Reservation Date, Lessee shall provide to Lessor a certificate of insurance which evidences Lessee’s coverage under a public liability insurance policy which shall include bodily injury and property damage coverage in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00.
